great but after watching it a few times that swish sound got annoying (but that was my choice to watch it a few times so no points against you) nice work.

great update, a lot more features (including pincers) and i love how you can change the size and rotation of the pieces.
i hope the next update holds even more goodies and things for me to pimp out my robot.
i'm gonig to submit this to the dress up collections. it deserves to be there!

after watching this my feelings for the trailer have changed, i feel that it's more of an intro than a trailer.
ok so episode 001 is obviously a submission that gives us more story and sets it up for the next episodes. If i hadn't seen the trailer i think i would have rated this a 6-8, so i'm glad you made that. (reason for this is that there is not a ton of action which is fine because i saw that in 000 :) otherwise great job)
ok voice acting is very nice. review before this had a small problem with the graphics but you said you were going more for story and i accept that, so i'm fine there. as for storyline it's a good start. (don't know why but reminds me of the matrix kind of)
you can always look back to my review for 000 i feel the same here as well.
again good luck and i will watch your next episodes!
PS (i'm glad you had the guy swaying a bit, more realistic, perhaps you could use that sound that they use when someone's being hanged? the swinging sound of a REally tight rope)

Thanks man. I think that reviews like this one go a long way when they're from someone like you. Your animations are very well done, so knowing i meet your standard means a lot. Nice idea with the rope, i was actually looking into something like that, but, unfortunately it never came through. as far as trailers go this is great.
good music choice, nice action scene. and cool effects.
these are needed to get the viewer interested in seeing the next movie.
well you had those elements and i'd be more than willing to click and wait for the 5 megs to load (dial up on this comp ugh...) for the first episode.
good job and good luck to you in the future. i'll watch your movies :)

Thanks man. The music makes anything i do...because i'll always use the master of sound...Celldweller. The action scene in 002 will rule all, but, 001 will have to warm up to it.

basically this is the back bone of a decent tutorial.
choose different music... (not saying i don't like it but if you use a loop from somewhere that might work better)
if you had a little more to look at it would be nice too. i know tutorials are about learning but the best tutorials are the ones that are somewhat enjoyable to watch.
lol (the ones in igloo part 3 aren't amazing but there are a few things to look at)

heres the thing... not EXACTLY dan paladin quality but your teaching people the righ concepts and thats a good thing.
one thing i would like to say though is that speed is not always what people want. people need a balance of quality and speed and that depends on the animator.
anyway good job. i would have probably not brought paladin into it though lol. but whatever
