Great angles, and story building. a Little slow for the taste of newgrounds i'm sure people feel. But i love it! plus it's somewhat of an animated comic so you can't complain.

anyway give us more!

(and to the review below... can we really call him a villain yet? he seems like a riteous kind of bad guy if anything. Taking out the baddies and what not. Plus he "killed" her but she seems like she's back up and running. whether that's her twin sister or the same woman reborn... who knows. We'll have to wait and find out!"

i stumbled onto one of the earlier episodes way back in the day before the series ever had it's following and was intrigued... not going to lie i've seen them all and think they are creative, original, and i just can't stop watching (as everyone points out you do wonders with your music choices btw). So DON'T cut it short... if you have your life in the way then just make everyone wait for final episodes... thats better than knowing there won't be ANY left. Anyway i hope you finish strong either way.

"great little world you have going"

first off i'd like to say excellent work at bringing these characters to life. I've seen a couple other "practice practice practice" shorts in the past and you definitely have a cool and fun set up between the trio and the director.

the only problem is with this one the dialogue was a bit much at times. The beginning was humorous with all the "out of the swf." effects like the video clip of that guy closing the window. and mentioning you're losing viewers. But the funny thing is you didn't follow your advice later on! It's ok to drag on somewhat when you are acknoledging it i guess, but the sarcasm and wit is lost when you end up doing it anyway.

the only other thing is. It started becoming too much of a shout out for the competition in my opinion. Mentioning what you would do with the cash prise and why we aren't going to vote etc. etc.

as for you're animation and style? even the dialogue itself (besides length at some points) was Great! the characters really come to life.

not a huuuge fan of the sappyness of christmas at that level but many are so well done making a submission full of holiday cheer.

you as an animator i'd say 10/10
this piece i'm giving a 7/10 but 5/5 score wise because it should have a higher score for the obvious work put in.

well Great work as usual and keep it up!

seriously at first it was VERY hard to tell if this movie was from someone inexperienced or if this was a style they were going for. Not to far into the short film you could tell it was a style and for some reason it really did hit home... i can't explain it.

this is not some positive review because i'm jumping on the front page wagon, front page doesn't mean perfection, and can sometimes be crap. But i can see why this is up there. Great job, i think ill watch it again :D

"i'm not going to lie"

one of the few "chilling" additions to your previous movies was the crazy get under your skin music. this was more like a static garbled mess. I think the message is obviously going to push people boundaries but i guess you have room to hide behind and say "no you are close minded, look deeper" but to be honest, you can't blame people for seeing a furnace with JEWS written on top and immediately thinking... ok this is incredibly antisimetic.

you're animation was spot on as usual though! you are one of the smoothest out there, and your style is incredible. It was decent but not up to par with some of your other whacked out craziness. Then again this is a holiday submission and those aren't always peoples masterpiece.

good luck with the rest, you're becoming the new salad fingers of newgrounds it seems.

getting the score it should have... not one moment of this video was bad. everything from the menu (haha a LITTLE over the top but still amazing) to the end screen was grade A work. Every person in this did an amazing job. The only reason i can see this not getting what it should score wise is the song. I really like muse, never classified them as emo but i guess a lot of people do.

Excellent work! I really liked all parts but i was a big fan of the "scribble" scene just because it's hard to make that style acceptable and not looked down on as a cheap trick. you executed it well.

i agree with FleckoGold.

this does show Amazing potential though.

but enough about that, i loved this! The Red Baron was a fun time sinker, And you took the great character and set him up against all the bad guys in a brutal gladiator style throwdown. You even added a female to the mix for that extra "i'm such a damn stud" element to the shroom taking Baron... Great work, can't wait to see your next animations.
